FAQ

Returns:

Email HELLO@WILDBEARLIFE.COM to start any returns or exchanges!

• Orders can be returned for store credit or exchange of items.
• All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order. 
• Returned items must be un-washed and unworn.
• If items are damaged, dirty or have smoke/pet odors, they will not be accepted as a return.
• Anything purchased at a SALE price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. 
• We will not provide a return label, but will ship your exchange for free.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless returning due to an issue on our end.
• Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We attempt to pack and ship orders within 1 business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@wildbearlife.com - we'll try our best to stop your shipment! Changes/Cancellations are not guaranteed.
